These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using World Referral Network (“WRN”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, platforms, or services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. Who We Are

CREDIT TOGETER LLC filed 5/13/2021 DBA EACH 1 HELP ONE has multiple resources and brands since it's origin including THE RESOURCE GUY (Personal Coaching with Resouces, Service Infrastructure & Implementation), EACH 1 HELP ONE Courier: Offers independent contractors the opportunity to earn income with their personal and/or commercial vehicles delivering freight to end consumers by arriving to a specific warehouse, choosing a route and area to be assigned, scan the packages for count and sequential order and deliver packages with proof of delivery photos and returning all undelivered packages to the warehouse and clearing those undelivered packages off of their delivery app before being eligible to pick up a new route for the day. “You” means any user, independent contractor either as an individual courier driver or as an entity operator who has his or her own driver team when qualified.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use as applicable our services for example... EACH 1 HELP ONE Courier services lawfully, respectfully, and for their intended purpose. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with systems, scrape data, impersonate others, or submit false information.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant EACH 1 HELP ONE a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute it for platform and promotional purposes. You confirm you have the right to submit all content.

5. Intellectual Property

All EACH 1 HELP ONE branding, systems, content, tools, and materials remain the property of EACH 1 HELP ONE unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose them without written permission.

6. Acceptable Conduct

No harassment, spam, abuse, hate speech, illegal activity, or misuse of community access. WRN may suspend or remove users at its discretion.

7. Third‑Party Tools & Links

EACH 1 HELP ONE may integrate or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.

8. Service Availability

Services are provided “as‑is” and may change, pause, or discontinue at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

EACH 1 HELP ONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect EACH 1 HELP ONE from claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

12. Termination

EACH 1 HELP ONE may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or misuse.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of The United States. Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration at EACH 1 HELP ONE's discretion.

15. Affiliate & Referral Programs

EACH 1 HELP ONE may offer referral programs that allow participants to earn additional compensation should said referral pass the 2 week probation period. Referral participation requires compliance with EACH 1 HELP ONE marketing guidelines, ethical promotion standards, and applicable laws. EACH 1 HELP ONE reserves the right to withhold or revoke compensation for fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity. Referral relationships do not constitute employment or partnership unless you are authorized to be at an operator level

16. No Partnership or Employment Relationship

Participation in EACH 1 HELP ONE including Independent Vehicle Owner Operator , Fleet Operator, City Fleet Operator, or Multi State Fleet Operator, does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Participants operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance.

17. Community Standards & Brand Protection

EACH 1 HELP ONE communities are built on professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct. EACH 1 HELP ONE reserves the right to remove participants, content, or access that harms the community, brand, or member experience. Decisions related to brand protection are final.
